  • Indicator’s Blu-ray is included in the “Bloody Terror: The Shocking Cinema of Norman J. Warren, 1976-1987” box set with Prey (1977), Terror (1978), Inseminoid (1981) and Bloody New Year (1987). It contains a 120-page booklet with writing by Adrian Smith (“The Horror Cinema of Norman J. Warren”), a double-sided fold-out poster (“Terror”, “Inseminoid”), and five lobby card reproductions for “Satan’s Slave”. Reissued individually (2021/08/30).
  • Scorpion’s “Katarina’s Nightmare Theater” DVD includes trailers for Terror (1978) and Death Ship (1980).
  • Mill Creek’s DVD contains no extras.
