- Grindhouse’s Blu-ray includes an 8-page booklet with writing by Chas. Balun and Rick Sullivan (“The Day the Minions Went Silent”), and a CD soundtrack. A small replica of the nude puzzle is included in the first 3,000 copies. The “42nd Street Memories” extra is also available on 88 Films’ Blu-ray of Anthropophagous (1980).
