- Grindhouse’s Blu-ray includes a 12-page illustrated booklet with writing by Chas Balun titled “The Beyond” and Martin Beine titled “The Beyond as a Treasury of Quotations and Source of Inspiration”, a Lucio Fulci filmography and a soundtrack album by Fabio Frizz on CD.
- Arrow’s single disc Blu-ray omits extras from its “Limited Edition” Blu-ray that were included on a PAL DVD.
- Arrow’s “Limited Edition” Blu-ray includes 4 sleeve options, a double-sided fold-out poster and a 32-page illustrated booklet featuring an introduction by director Eli Roth, an interview with Al Cliver by Calum Waddell and reprints of original lobby cards, stills and behind the scenes photographs. Note: A replacement disc was issued to fix a colour grading issue.
