A haunted man! A love-haunted woman!
A volatile ex-soldier accidentally kills a man in a bar fight and goes on the run through the shadowy streets of postwar London. He finds a chance at redemption through the kindness of a woman who believes in him, but his violent past and a blackmailer threaten to destroy their fragile hope. This tense film noir explores guilt, love, and the struggle to escape one’s darker impulses.
