Conjure up your deepest, darkest fear… now call that fear to life.
During a stormy night at Lord Byron’s villa on Lake Geneva in 1816, Byron, Percy Shelley, Mary Godwin, Claire Clairmont, and Dr. Polidori engage in opium-fueled games that awaken their deepest fears and desires. Their imaginations blur with hallucinations, leading to haunting visions that give birth to enduring works of Gothic literature. The film explores the fine line between artistic inspiration, psychological torment, and supernatural dread.
