Two struggling Irish immigrants turn to murder to supply bodies for Edinburgh’s medical schools in the early 19th century. Their gruesome deeds spark a wave of terror and dark humor as they evade suspicion and grapple with guilt. This black comedy blends macabre true crime with satirical social commentary.
