This is Willard and his friend Ben. Ben will do anything for Willard.
Synopsis
Willard (1971) follows a withdrawn office worker who lives with his domineering mother and is mistreated by his employer at the company founded by his late father. After befriending rats living on his property, he secretly trains them and finds companionship and a sense of control absent from his human relationships. This horror film blends psychological alienation, revenge fantasy, and animal menace while examining loneliness, resentment, and the consequences of emotional repression.
