Synopsis
The Zero Boys (1986) follows a trio of competitive paintball players who, after a tournament victory, head into the mountains with their girlfriends for a celebratory getaway. As they discover signs of a brutal massacre and become trapped at a secluded cabin, the attackers close in and violence intensifies, forcing them to rely on their survival skills in a real fight for survival. This horror film blends action-oriented combat, backwoods terror, and survivalist tension in an examination of bravado, violence, and the collapse of game into reality.
