Film Synopsis
The Wrestler (1974) follows a professional wrestling promoter overseeing a league whose longtime champion faces demands to step aside. As rival promoters, financial pressures, and outside interference push for a younger contender to take over, he must decide whether to support the veteran or shift direction.
