Terry loved soft, furry, little animals. He loved his mother. He loved pretty girls… All dead!
The Killing Kind (1973) follows a man released from prison after serving time for a violent crime who struggles to reintegrate into society. As he works at a boarding house and forms uneasy relationships, violent incidents begin occurring around him while his mental state deteriorates. This psychological horror film blends voyeurism, repression, and ambiguity while examining trauma, maternal control, and suppressed violence.
