Twin brothers—one kind and just, the other cruel and power-hungry—are bound by a family prophecy that foretells death at the hands of the younger. When the evil twin murders his brother and assumes his identity to rule the estate, eerie events begin to suggest that fate cannot be escaped. Steeped in gothic atmosphere, the film delivers a haunting tale of betrayal, identity, and destiny.
