Film Synopsis
The Amazing Mr. Blunden (1972) depicts two children moving with their widowed mother from London to a derelict country mansion after a mysterious solicitor offers her work as its caretaker. There they encounter two ghostly siblings and discover a way to travel back a century to help them escape the danger surrounding their household. This British family ghost story uses its time-slip structure to transform a gentle country-house mystery into a suspenseful period adventure.
