Film Synopsis
Sexomania (1974) follows a woman whose unstable personal life and destructive relationships lead her husband to place her under psychiatric care. As sessions with a clinic psychologist uncover traumatic experiences, suppressed desires, and manipulative influences surrounding her past, her condition becomes entangled with the behavior of other patients inside the institution. This Greek erotic psychological drama centers on sexual compulsion and emotional instability, as personal boundaries erode, with repression, exploitation, and psychological dependency.
