It’s time to speak of unspoken things…
Synopsis
Secret Ceremony (1968) follows a lonely prostitute who is approached by an emotionally unstable young woman convinced that she is her deceased mother. As the two retreat into an isolated mansion and sustain this illusion, their bond grows increasingly dependent and strained by outside intrusions. This British psychological drama blends surreal tension, emotional instability, and themes of identity, trauma, and illusion.
