Synopsis
Ride the High Country (1962) follows a former lawman who accepts a job transporting gold from a mining settlement in the Sierra Nevada to a bank. As he recruits an old friend and a younger partner to help guard the shipment, hidden motives within the group threaten the mission. This western blends themes of honor, loyalty, and the fading frontier in a reflective story about aging gunmen facing the end of their era.
