Synopsis

Quo Vadis (1951) follows a Roman commander whose life is changed when he returns to Rome and becomes involved with a Christian woman whose faith challenges his beliefs. As Emperor Nero’s tyranny intensifies and Christians are blamed for the burning of Rome, he is drawn into the growing conflict between imperial power and the emerging religion.
