Synopsis
John Travolto: The Face with 2 Left Feet (1979) follows a timid cook who is encouraged by friends to capitalize on his uncanny resemblance to a popular dance icon in order to impress a woman working at a nightclub. As his impersonation draws attention and is manipulated by those around him for publicity, he is pulled into situations that test his intentions and sense of identity. This Italian comedy centers on mistaken identity and opportunism, as exposure increases, with ambition, image-making, and romantic pursuit.
