Film Synopsis
Island of Lost Souls (1932) centers on a shipwrecked sailor who finds refuge on the secluded island of the enigmatic Dr. Moreau, where strange inhabitants and unsettling discoveries reveal the scientist’s forbidden attempts to reshape nature. As Moreau manipulates both his guests and his creations in pursuit of increasingly ambitious goals, the island’s fragile order begins to unravel with terrifying consequences.
