A recent widow inherits her late husband’s remote Gothic mansion and travels there with skeptical friends and her niece. A hunchbacked caretaker warns them of vengeful spirits tied to the house’s violent history, but they dismiss his tales—until disembodied laughter, uncanny visions, and deadly supernatural forces begin to stalk the guests. The isolated estate becomes a claustrophobic labyrinth of horror as past sins erupt in a chilling, tragic climax.
