Synopsis
Destination Moon (1950) centers on an industrialist who joins forces with a rocket scientist and other specialists to privately finance the first crewed mission to the Moon after government support proves unattainable. This science fiction adventure blends speculative science with realistic space exploration as innovation, perseverance, and humanity’s desire to reach the unknown shape a landmark vision of the Space Age.
