Film Synopsis
Creature from the Haunted Sea (1961) follows a conniving criminal who schemes to betray his inept crew and frame a mythical sea monster in order to steal treasure during political turmoil on a Caribbean island. As his plot unfolds and the legend he manipulates gives way to an unexpected and very real creature, tension builds between deception and survival. This horror comedy blends absurd caper elements and creature antics in a satirical study of greed and chaos.
