Synopsis
Castle Freak (1995) follows a recovering alcoholic who inherits a remote Italian castle and relocates there with his estranged wife and blind daughter. As a chained figure escapes from the castle’s dungeon and begins attacking victims within the grounds, suspicion and danger close in on the family as they struggle to understand what is happening. This horror film develops mounting pressure and growing unease, with guilt, confinement, and fractured family dynamics shaping events.
