A gun in his sock, a tire iron in his belt, and no badge. The story of Eddie. The best ex-cop in the business.
Synopsis
Badge 373 (1973) follows a tough and controversial New York detective forced to surrender his badge after a violent encounter with a suspect. When his longtime partner is found murdered, he pursues the case on his own and uncovers links to organized crime and a gun-running operation connected to Puerto Rican revolutionaries. This crime thriller blends gritty urban realism, revenge-driven investigation, and hard-boiled police drama typical of early-1970s cop films.
