Film Synopsis

A Touch of Love (1969) centers on a young doctoral student in London who becomes pregnant after her first sexual encounter and decides to raise the child on her own. As she continues her studies and adjusts to single motherhood, she confronts the practical and social challenges of building an independent life. This British drama combines understated social observation and emotional restraint in a thoughtful portrait of motherhood, independence, and changing attitudes in late-1960s Britain.
