Synopsis
$ (1971) follows a security consultant working at a Hamburg bank who discovers that several criminals are secretly storing large amounts of illicit cash in the bank’s vault. After identifying the opportunity, he enlists the help of a glamorous accomplice to break into the safe-deposit boxes and steal the money before the owners realize what has happened. This crime comedy blends elaborate heist plotting, romantic intrigue, and suspenseful chases across Europe.
