A cargo ship carrying a mysterious tropical zombie washes ashore, unleashing a deadly infection on a small Caribbean island. Locals and scientists struggle to understand the origins of the undead and stop the rapidly spreading menace. Chaos and terror escalate as the living dead overrun the community, blending survival horror with visceral gore.
