Film Synopsis
Signs (2002) depicts a widowed former Episcopal priest living with his children and younger brother on an isolated Pennsylvania farm, where a vast crop circle appears overnight. As reports of similar formations spread worldwide, strange activity around the property turns the family’s uncertainty into fear of an approaching extraterrestrial threat. This science-fiction horror thriller narrows a global emergency to the family’s limited viewpoint, allowing off-screen sounds and fleeting glimpses to connect its mounting dread with questions of grief and faith.
