An American hitman arrives in Hong Kong after assassinating a political figure, only to find himself double-crossed by his employers. As he attempts to uncover the truth and secure his payment, he becomes entangled in a web of corruption, martial arts assassins, and international intrigue. Pursued by both the police and deadly enemies, he must fight to survive and exact his revenge.
