Film Synopsis
Zombie High (1987) follows a young student who leaves her boyfriend behind to attend an elite boarding school that promises academic success and opportunity. As her peers undergo unsettling behavioral changes and faculty oversight tightens, she uncovers a covert system that alters students into compliant, emotionless performers, intensifying the threat within the school. This horror film blends satirical social commentary, institutional paranoia, and science-driven manipulation in an examination of conformity, control, and the loss of identity.
