Synopsis

Wake Up and Kill (1966) follows a small-time crook whose hunger for notoriety propels him into a violent spree that shocks postwar Italy. As he escalates from petty theft to brazen robberies, his personal life fractures under the weight of paranoia, desperation, and self-destruction. This Italian crime drama blends hardboiled grit and psychological tension in a fatalistic portrait of ambition gone feral.
