God created man… woman created… The Sin of Adam and Eve
The Sin of Adam and Eve (1969) retells the biblical story of Adam and Eve, showing their lives after they are expelled from Eden and their memories of paradise before succumbing to temptation. With almost no dialogue, most of the film consists of the two characters interacting in natural settings—surrounded by animals, trees, and the elements—as they walk, touch, and remember. This biblical fantasy-drama blends symbolic storytelling, nudity, and visual reverie to explore themes of innocence, loss, and the consequences of sin.
