The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1976) follows the hapless French detective Inspector Jacques Clouseau as his long-suffering nemesis, Chief Inspector Dreyfus, escapes from a mental hospital and threatens world leaders with a doomsday device unless Clouseau is delivered to him. As assassins, misdirection, and absurd complications accumulate across Europe, Clouseau’s obliviousness becomes both his greatest flaw and an unlikely asset in a mission gone wildly off course. This British-American comedy blends slapstick caper and spy satire in a chaotic chapter of the Pink Panther saga.
