Film Synopsis
The New Kids (1985) follows a brother and sister sent to live with relatives in rural Florida after the sudden death of their parents. As they settle into work at their family’s amusement park and attempt to adapt to their new surroundings, escalating confrontations with a sadistic gang leader and his followers turn the town into a site of sustained intimidation and violence. This teen thriller centers on survival against escalating harassment, as the danger closes in, with youth violence, territorial control, and retaliation.
