Synopsis

The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976) follows an extraterrestrial who arrives on Earth and uses advanced knowledge to establish a business empire to fund a mission to save his dying world. As he becomes entangled in human relationships and subject to exploitation by those around him, his mission grows increasingly compromised. This British science fiction film blends surreal imagery and psychological drama in a story of alienation, corruption, and the limits of human assimilation.
