Film Synopsis
The Legend of Hillbilly John (1972) follows a rugged mountain wanderer who confronts supernatural forces while traveling through a mythic vision of the American frontier. As encounters with witches, demons, and folk monsters test courage and faith, the journey becomes a moral contest between good, evil, and human resolve. This folk-inflected fantasy adventure blends tall-tale storytelling and regional folklore in a homespun parable of bravery and belief.
