Adventure beyond imagination
The Island at the Top of the World (1974) follows a wealthy Englishman who assembles an expedition to the Arctic to find his son, who disappeared while searching for a legendary whale graveyard. Traveling by dirigible with an archaeologist, an eccentric French aeronaut, and an Inuit guide, the group uncovers a concealed volcanic valley where a colony of Vikings has survived for centuries.
