Film Synopsis
The Girl Can’t Stop (1965) follows a financially ruined shipbuilder who offers his wife to a suave banker to secure the funds he desperately needs, setting in motion a dangerous entanglement of desire, manipulation, and hidden sadism. As the wife’s reluctant liaison deepens and his scheme spirals into deceit, blackmail, and violent secrets, tensions build around the fragile balance of power and exploitation. This French-Greek crime drama blends noir-tinged melodrama and psychological tension in a stark study of desperation and moral decay.
