Synopsis
The Demoniacs (1974) follows two young women who survive a shipwreck only to be assaulted and left for dead by a gang of shipwreckers along a desolate coastline. As they recover and take refuge near haunted ruins, they enter into a pact with a captive demonic force that grants them the power to retaliate against their attackers. This supernatural revenge horror film develops grim tension, with violence, occult influence, and retribution distorting behavior.
