Film Synopsis
Stand by Me (1986) follows four young friends who set out on a journey to find the body of a missing boy in the forests of rural Oregon. As the trek unfolds, childhood bravado gives way to revelations about fear, loyalty, and the loss of innocence. This coming-of-age drama blends nostalgic warmth and emotional candor in a quietly powerful meditation on friendship and growing up.
