Synopsis
Sands of the Kalahari (1965) follows the survivors of a passenger plane crash who take refuge in a remote desert canyon while searching for food, water, and rescue. As isolation deepens and resources diminish, tensions within the group intensify when one survivor begins asserting dominance through intimidation and violence against the others. This British survival adventure thriller centers on the collapse of social order in extreme conditions, as survival pressures intensify, with human savagery, isolation, and territorial conflict.
