Road House

Poster of Road House

Dalton’s the best bouncer in the business. His nights are filled with fast action, hot music and beautiful women. It’s a dirty job, but somebody’s got to do it.

Road House (1989) follows a tough, philosophical bouncer with a reputation for keeping the peace who is hired to bring order to a violent roadside bar in small-town Missouri. As he confronts gangs, protects the locals and grows close to a local doctor, he draws the ire of a corrupt tycoon whose control over the community includes intimidation, violence and crooked influence. Their escalating conflict leads to a climactic showdown that tests strength, loyalty and grit in a hard-hitting tale of honor and redemption.
