Synopsis
Obsession (2025) centers on an awkward young man who discovers a mysterious object known as the “One Wish Willow” and uses it to make his childhood friend return his romantic feelings. As the wish begins manifesting through increasingly unnatural behavior and disturbing acts of devotion while the supernatural force behind the object exerts greater influence over both of their lives, his desire for love transforms into a nightmare he can no longer control. This supernatural horror film examines loneliness and unhealthy desire within a modern romantic landscape, as personal boundaries erode, with obsession, supernatural manipulation, and psychological deterioration.
