There’s more than one way to lose your heart…

Synopsis

My Bloody Valentine (1981) follows a group of young miners who revive a long-banned Valentine’s Day dance in a small Canadian town still haunted by a deadly mining accident years earlier. As warnings go unheeded and a pickaxe-wielding figure begins stalking the celebration, festive romance gives way to mounting dread beneath the town’s surface. This slasher horror film blends working-class atmosphere and holiday terror in a grim tale of vengeance and buried trauma.
