Film Synopsis
A series of child murders grips a German city in fear, prompting both the police and the criminal underworld to hunt down the elusive killer. As pressure mounts, suspicion and paranoia spread, disrupting everyday life and criminal operations alike. When the murderer is finally captured, he is forced to confront a mob desperate for justice outside the bounds of law.
