Vice and violence of every kind… reign of terror in tombstone!
Synopsis
Law and Order (1932) follows a former outlaw who accepts the role of town marshal in a lawless frontier settlement. As he imposes order through uncompromising methods, his violent past and rigid sense of justice invite retaliation and moral reckoning. This early sound Western blends terse realism and fatalistic tension in a stark study of authority, reform, and the price of control.
