Istintobrass (2013) follows Italian director Tinto Brass from his formative years in Paris through his long career as an influential and often censored filmmaker known for bold experimentation and erotic cinema. The documentary includes interviews with Brass himself and with colleagues, actors and critics who reflect on his movies, methods and aesthetic philosophy. It presents both his early avant-garde work and his later films that brought him international fame, offering insight into his creative life and legacy.
