Film Synopsis
I Am Frigid… Why? (1972) follows a young woman whose violent initiation by a brother-and-sister pair leaves her emotionally shut down and unable to find intimacy, prompting her to embark on a series of experiences in a troubled attempt to overcome her trauma. - Mondo Macabro’s “Limited Edition” Blu-ray is included in “The Max Pécas Collection” box set with I Am a Nymphomaniac (1971) and Private Club (1974). It contains a 20-page booklet with writing by Pete Tombs (“The Max Pécas Collection”) and eight double-sided art cards. Reissued as a standard edition without booklet and cards with I Am a Nymphomaniac (1971) (2024/11/12).
