Film Synopsis
Fixed Bayonets! (1951) follows a weary platoon in the Korean War tasked with holding a strategic mountain pass to delay the enemy while their division retreats. When one by one his officers are killed, a timid corporal must face his fear and shoulder the burden of command under fire and bitter terrain. This war drama blends intense frontline peril and psychological strain in a stark study of duty and fear under fire.
