- Universal’s Blu-ray contains no extras.
- Via Vision’s “Firestarter Collection” Blu-ray also includes Firestarter 2: Rekindled (2002) and six art cards.
- Plan B’s Blu-ray includes a 24-page booklet with writing by Dr. Charlie Oughton (“Twisted Firestarter: Bringing Charlie to Life”), a foldout poster, and four lobby card reproductions.
- Image’s DVD contains no extras.
