Film Synopsis
Convoy Busters (1978) follows a relentless police inspector whose uncompromising methods in tracking a gruesome murder and corruption among high-placed suspects earn him a transfer from Rome to a seemingly quiet coastal town. As he refuses to abandon his fierce dedication to justice and uncovers an organized smuggling ring, tension escalates between law, corruption, and the brutality he confronts. This crime action film blends gritty poliziottesco grit and hard-boiled pursuit in a stark study of corruption and duty.
